For sale is an absolutely gorgeous and very rare 2012-S U.S. Proof Set in the original government packaging. The 2012-S set is the rarest and most valuable of all the Modern Proof Sets ever released since 1955 because they had a very low mintage of just over 794,002 of them, which is very low compared to other years. And because all the coins in the set are also key date coins, so many cracked them out of their sets to be sent out for grading. When you factor that in there is no telling how many sets are left in the original government packaging, making them even more scarce! There are 14 total coins in the set, which are the Nickel, Cent, Native American Dollar, Presidential Dollars, the Half Dollar, five State Quarters, and Dime. The set comes in the original government box and includes the certificate of authenticity.

The coins in this set are absolutely flawless. There is no toning on them whatsoever, and all would easily grade PF-69 or 70 ultra cameo, and all have the perfect mirror finish with frosty images you expect from high quality proof coins. The coins really are gorgeous!
