Additionally, a waiting room is conveniently located nearby, where your clients can enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee. The office is offered at a monthly rate of $525 based on a one-year lease.

Office 245 is approximately 200 square feet with a privacy glass door and a window. The counselor is moving out of state so some items in the space will be for sale, or you can move in your own decor. This office is located right inside the south entrance for easy access to the space and there is a waiting area close by for clients. Starbucks coffee, and tea are available for you and your clients. The monthly lease payment is $650 per a one-year signed lease.
