Rolling 2 ton hydraulic hoist.. It is a complete unit.I just didn't feel like digging behind all the boxes to get the base. I took it apart because it stores easier , and it's easier to load in your pickup to take home lol wheels are an excellent condition. Hydraulic ram functions as designed. Paint is a little faded otherwise, in good condition. Hook spins and has not been shockloaded. Main boom arm is telescopic
