The camper is in great shape overall, but there are some roof-related issues from work done by a previous owner. When the roof was redone, the posts were not set in the correct locations, leaving approximately a 1-inch gap around the perimeter. We’ve simply used a tarp to cover the gap.
The vinyl also wasn’t glued properly during the previous roof work and has recently started peeling in some areas over the years.
Aside from these issues, the camper is in great shape and has been usable for us. We want to be completely transparent about the roof so there are no surprises for the next owner. Title is in hand.
