A very old & extremely rare Horned Evil Devil Head --Satan Demon Head Incense Burner/Ash Tray.
Have seen info. where this is from the 19th Century/France, do not know how to tell for sure.
This one looks to be silver plated? and have never seen another silver one.
Measures approx. 5" long x 3.25" wide. Tallest part while resting is approx. 2".
Has a custom box for it that is not original, just for protection/storage.
