Hello,
My father was handed this in the '70s to be repaired as either a neckcklace or badge.
Unfortunately he can't remember much else anymore, and assumes the owner passed away before he had a chance to finish it.
So, the clasp needs a little work.

We are from the Idaho/Montana areas...
Nimiipuu, Salish, Kootenai Nations.
(Nez Perce, Flathead Indians, Natives)

This is a very elegant piece of beaded craftwork, and we hope it returns to it's rightful place with our smoke upon it.
