I have a bronze and brown, 52" variable speed, ceiling fan with a 3 light globe kit, that is not a roof hugging, but 3" ceiling drop mount kit. It is currently hooked up for demonstration to show it works and I will disconnect it for your purchase to transport it home once you have purchased it. Hunter comes with a lifetime warranty on their fan's motors. This was originally $169 two years ago.
