CONDITION
The sofa is in excellent overall condition. It has always been used with protective covers on the seat and back cushions.
The sleeper function has been used fewer than 10 times.
There are a few small cosmetic tears on the underside of the mattress, where it comes into contact with the wooden slats. They are caused by friction with the slats and do not affect the comfort or functionality of the mattress.
From a non-smoking home, with no pets and no children.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
The sofa is currently on the second floor of a house in the Zushi/Kamakura area.
Because of its size and location, removal will need to be handled by professional furniture movers.
I am happy to arrange professional delivery locally, rather than asking the buyer to remove the sofa themselves.
