Business Funding Sales Representative
Funding Zone — Boca Raton, FL
**Full-Time | In-Office | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission**
Funding Zone is expanding its South Florida sales operation and is hiring motivated sales professionals for our Boca Raton office.
We provide working-capital and business-financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. Our team is supported by proprietary technology, experienced underwriting, multiple funding options, and company-provided leads.
This is an in-office sales position for someone who is comfortable on the phone, competitive, consistent with follow-up, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
What You'll Do
• Contact business owners through company-provided leads and outbound calls
• Identify financing needs and present appropriate business-funding options
• Build and manage your pipeline through our
CRM
• Collect applications, bank statements and required documentation
• Follow up with prospects consistently
• Work directly with underwriting and senior closers to structure transactions
• Develop repeat and renewal business
• Meet daily activity and monthly production targets

Weekly based salary + uncapped commissions
The base provides stability while you're building your pipeline, but this is a sales position where the majority of long-term earning potential comes from production.
Top performers will have opportunities for increased commission percentages, larger accounts, renewals and advancement within Funding Zone.
Who We're Looking For
MCA experience is not required for the junior sales position.
Strong backgrounds include business funding, merchant cash advance, mortgage sales, debt settlement, merchant services, insurance, automotive sales, recruiting, real estate, call centers and other high-volume telephone sales.
Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, handling rejection, following up aggressively and asking business owners for the application.
MCA/business-funding experience is a major plus.
