Exceptional Flowers is looking for a **reliable, professional, and customer-focused part-time team member** to handle incoming phone orders and process floral orders in our Boca Raton shop.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Is **prompt, dependable, and punctual**
* Has a **pleasant, professional speaking voice**
* Communicates clearly and confidently with customers
* Has **strong grammar and spelling skills**
* **Types well** and is comfortable working quickly and accurately
* Is organized and pays close attention to detail
* Has experience with **POS systems and order entry**
* Can confidently take customer information and enter orders accurately
* Is comfortable answering questions and assisting customers by phone
* **Previous flower shop or floral industry experience is a plus**
### Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer calls
* Take and process floral orders
* Enter orders accurately into our POS system (video training is provided)
* Verify customer, delivery, payment, and card-message information
* Assist customers with selecting appropriate floral products
* Process orders efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
* Communicate with the shop and delivery team as needed
**Previous floral experience is not required**, but familiarity with flowers, arrangements, floral terminology, or a flower shop environment is a definite plus.
