Acupuncture clinic is looking for a part-time Licensed Acupuncturist *Willing to work Saturdays*
This is a private acupuncture clinic focusing on wellness, mental health, women’s health, fertility, pain management, and sports rehabilitation.
Our clinic offers a relaxed, comforting environment.
*Acupuncturists willingness to be trained treatment protocols is a must.*
*Patient caseload is dependent on room availability.*
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
-Record patients' case history details, conduct examinations, create individualized treatment plans and rehabilitative protocols within scope for patients.
-Maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to locate, identify and use acupuncture points according to function.
-Incorporate other treatment modalities to include but not limited to; acupressure, heating, e-stim, ear seeds, nutritional counseling, etc.
-Evaluate treatment outcomes.
-Observe and assess patients for any unexpected or undesirable physical/emotional reactions.
-Great opportunity to learn traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, nutrition, vitamins/supplements, deficiencies, and gut health.
-Educate and recommend purchase of appropriate herbs, vitamins, and supplementation.
-Gain knowledge about each service/modality offered at our center and identify patient necessity for inner office referrals to optimize patient outcome.
-Work primarily with our current and new patients.
