Trillium Drivers is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity in Boca Raton!
Deliver bakery products to several stops throughout South Florida using a 16-foot refrigerated box truck. Food delivery or similar delivery experience is required. Refrigerated truck experience is a plus.
PAY & SCHEDULE
$21 per hour with overtime paid after 40 hours.
6:00 AM start time.
Busy season: Monday through Friday, with up to 12-hour shifts and 60 hours per week.
Slow season, May through October: Four-day workweek with Thursdays off. Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with warehouse work assigned to supplement delivery hours.
JOB DUTIES
Make local deliveries and provide professional customer service.
Load and unload bakery products using hand carts and hand trucks.
Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Verify orders, obtain delivery confirmations, and complete delivery paperwork.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license. No CDL required.
Valid DOT medical card.
Food delivery or similar delivery experience.
Refrigerated truck experience is a plus.
Acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass required background screening and a drug screen.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work up to 12-hour shifts.
Reliable attendance.
