We are currently looking for a maintenance tech/handyman to join our team. We work primarily with multifamily and residential properties. If you’re reliable, professional, and not afraid of physical work, we want to talk.
Knowledge of:
• Plumbing (installing water heaters, toilets, faucet leaks, etc.)
• Basic electrical (changing GFI's, breakers, installing light fixtures, ceiling fans).
• Carpentry (replacing doors and siding)
• Drywall repairs (finishing, ready to paint)
• Stucco wall repair
• Painting,
• Property inspection
• Gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, paver repairs, and pressure washing.
• Some indoor work depending on the project.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Able to lift 40–50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
Good customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Punctual and dependable
Reliable transportation to move between communities with materials.
