We are looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and willing to be trained. This is a hands-on position where you will learn how to work with shop machinery, computers, and project designs.
Your day may include operating our CNC machine, preparing materials, working with digital files, and reviewing project layouts. You don’t need to know everything when you start—we are willing to train the right person.
Experience in awnings, construction, CNC machines, AutoCAD, or Rhino 3D is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone with a good attitude who is willing to learn a specialized trade and grow with the company.
What You'll Do
* Learn to safely operate our CNC machine and other shop equipment
* Prepare materials for production
* Assist with computer and digital project files
* Help review project layouts and measurements
* Learn basic construction and fabrication techniques
* Work both in the shop and outdoors as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We're Looking For

Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, construction, CNC machinery, or the awning industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
