VoiceCentral is a business phone and AI voice technology company in Delray Beach, FL. We're growing and adding to our appointment setter team.
This is a real W-2 position with a guaranteed hourly wage. You'll be calling business customers and prospects, verifying account details, scheduling appointments for our senior team members, and logging notes in our CRM. Full training provided.
The details:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no nights, no weekends)
Hourly base pay + performance bonuses — typical earnings $800–$1,000/week, with $1,500+/week realistic after 90 days
On-site at our Delray Beach office (not a remote position)
Clear promotion path based on performance
You're a fit if you:
Communicate clearly and sound professional and friendly on the phone
Are organized, coachable, and reliable
Can follow a proven process consistently
Have any experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone-based work (a plus, not required)
