I own a restaurant contract cleaning service that goes into restaurants and cleans them between 5-7 nights a week, and I am in need of people to call restaurants and book bids for me to go on. This is a commission based job and the hours that you generally call are from 9-11am or 2-430pm but in most cases you are more than welcome to create your own hours as long as your not disturbing their buzziest times during lunch (12-1) and dinner (5-7) . It is extremely easy to call and a clear calling script is given to follow, along with the type of restaurants you are calling, who you are asking to speak to which is THE GENERAL MANAGER/OWNER.That's the people you need to get on the phone. You ask about their current cleaning service, if they are happy or looking to take bids from new cleaning services. We are looking for restaurants that are NOT happy with their current service and are interested in getting a bid from my company. The commission that Is paid is $225 for every account that you book and that hires me and is paid when we receive the first pay check, if account pays more than 1,000 a week the commission is $300 also paid when we receive the first pay check from the restaurant. Because my company has great references once we get to the walk through and they are NOT happy it is very likely that we get hired. This is the perfect job for someone looking to make some extra money or that can only work from home.
