I am moving out of Bloomington and am looking for someone to take over a lease at bloom apartments starting in December-June. It is a 2bed 2 bath and a friendly neighborhood about 10-12 min from campus and downtown. It also is just minutes away from the Highway.
Rent ~$1085
Utilities - Trash/water included, the rest is done through duke energy.
Parking - free
willing to negotiate the change of lease fee or pay entirely. I am also willing to be moved out by mid Nov if needed sooner than December.
