Looking for either 1 experienced cleaner OR a 2-person cleaning team for consistent Monday-Friday housekeeping at a fraternity house in Bloomington.
This is a flat daily-rate position based on completing the full daily cleaning scope.
Option 1 – One Cleaner
$225 per day
Estimated around 4-5 hours per day
Option 2 – Two-Person Team
$112 per person, per day
Estimated around 4 hours per person per day
The daily scope includes cleaning bathrooms and showers, common areas, dining areas, vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, glass and high-touch surfaces, restocking supplies, and completing scheduled weekly cleaning items.
The goal is to complete the full scope each day, so actual time may vary depending on how efficiently you work and the condition of the house.
This is consistent Monday-Friday work throughout the school year, with potential additional work during seasonal deep cleans.
Looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable cleaning a large property, and able to work independently. Commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, apartment turnover, or similar experience is preferred.
Individuals and established 2-person cleaning teams are both encouraged to reach out.
