Looking for 1 to 4 people to sublease my son's apartment at Morton Mansions, at 10th and College, a luxury student apartment community close to the IU campus and downtown Bloomington.
It’s a 4-bedroom, 3-bath furnished apartment with a private balcony overlooking the pool. We’d love to find a group to take the entire apartment, but we’re also open to individuals taking one, some or all bedrooms.
Around $800/month per person (even if it's just one person in the entire unit)
Available mid-December through late July, can renew after
The apartment includes in-unit washer/dryer, furnished living room & bedrooms (except mattresses), stainless steel appliances, internet, and a private balcony.
Residents also have access to a heated pool and sundeck, large fitness center, 24/7 study lounge, clubhouse with ping pong, pool tables and TVs, concierge package service, and a controlled-access building.
Great location - easy walk to IU campus, downtown, restaurants and nightlife.
