We have enjoyed using this unit for over 12 years and originally bought it to spend time with grandchildren who live in Spokane and visit family. Grandchildren are grown and family has moved out of area. Very reasonable annual maintenance fees, very good amenities and location almost half way between Coeur 'd Alene and Sandpoint is excellent for all sorts of outdoor activities and visit to nearby waterpark. We just want to pass this on to someone else to enjoy and only asking transfer costs be paid by buyer plus $100.
