Commercial-grade Precision Hardware (PHI) FL-1200 fire exit hardware, new old stock and never installed.

Surface vertical rod exit device in a brushed silver finish. Exit bar assembly measures approximately 32".

Includes exit device, vertical rods, latch components, mounting hardware and original Precision Hardware installation instructions and installation templates as pictured. Components include UL-listed fire exit hardware.

Hardware is unused and in excellent condition. Original box and packaging show normal wear from long-term storage.

Acquired as part of a large lot of unused commercial building surplus from the Inn at Semiahmoo and stored since.
