Join a positive, fast-moving property management company in Black River Falls, WI. This is a hands-on, on-site maintenance role with a lot of independence, at a small, stable company that treats people like people. You would run maintenance yourself (no crew to manage), so we're looking for someone self-directed. Serious inquiries only, please.
We're Rockstar Placements, we recruit, filter, and present maintenance candidates to property management companies. We'll guide you through a quick process, then introduce you to the company that's hiring.

- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs, and coordinating licensed vendors when a job requires a license

- Grounds and common area upkeep (lawn, landscaping, trash pickup, hallways and laundry rooms)
- Snow and ice removal in winter
- Occasional after-hours emergency calls
- Tracking your time and work orders in the company's systems, and keeping an inventory of tools and supplies
Qualifications:
- Hands-on maintenance experience (3+ years preferred, apartments or property management a plus)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry, and good judgment on when to call in a licensed pro
- Self-directed and reliable: you see what needs doing, show up on time every time, and get it done
- Comfortable with computers and work order or property management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Friendly, professional communication with residents and office staff
- Certifications like EPA 608 or CAMT are a plus, but not required
