Looking for a friendly, reliable Binghamton University student to help with occasional showings of off-campus student housing on the West Side.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity that would be a great fit for someone who knows BU and the student experience and enjoys meeting and talking with other students.
What you’ll do:
Meet prospective BU students at our properties
We provide you with all prospective tenant leads and schedule the showings for you
Open the house and give a quick tour
Answer basic questions about the house and rental
Drive prospective tenants to another property when needed
Communicate with me after the showing
Help prospective tenants feel comfortable and welcome
Follow up with me after each showing with any relevant feedback or questions from the prospective tenant
What we're looking for:
Current Binghamton University student or recent graduate
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with other students and parents
Reliable and punctual
Knows the BU area and student experience
Available occasionally, primarily during leasing season (September–December 2026)
How it works:
You do not need to find your own leads or schedule appointments
We handle the marketing, incoming inquiries, lead generation, and scheduling
When a showing is booked, we provide you with the details and you conduct the showing
Showings are occasional and based on demand, so this can easily work around your classes and schedule
Compensation:
Commission-based, with payment for successful leases resulting from your showings. Details will be discussed with interested candidates.
