Looking for a reliable, licensed, and experienced general maintenance person / handyman in Binghamton, NY to help with ongoing repairs and property-related tasks at rental properties.
I manage multiple residential properties in the Binghamton area and am looking for someone dependable who can handle a variety of smaller jobs rather than one specific trade.
Typical work may include:
Minor plumbing repairs
Patching holes and drywall
Painting and touch-ups
Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.
Installing blinds, shelves, hardware and other items
Basic carpentry
Furniture assembly
Moving furniture and materials
Replacing doors, locks and hardware
General property repairs and maintenance
Preparing properties between tenants
Troubleshooting minor issues
Other miscellaneous property tasks as needed
