I am looking to hire two reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with a residential basement cleanout on the South Side of Binghamton, beginning Monday, November 9th.
The basement is an older, cellar-style space that requires a thorough cleanout following a recent flood. The work will primarily involve removing accumulated debris, discarded household items, general rubbish, and several large appliances.
A dumpster will be rented and placed on the property, so the primary responsibility will be carrying and transferring unwanted items from the basement directly into the dumpster. No off-site hauling or transportation will be required.

* Location: South Side, Binghamton, NY
* Start Date: Monday, November 9th
* Compensation: $15 per hour, per person
* Responsibilities: Removing debris, unwanted household items, and appliances; loading the dumpster; and assisting with general cleanup.
* Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying heavy or bulky items and navigating an older cellar-style basement.
* Experience: Previous experience with cleanouts, moving, or general labor is preferred but not required.
