The discipline of piano can be challenging yet rewarding. Learning music is rewarding in itself, and the benefits far outweigh the challenges. Early beginners will learn to read music and learn the keyboard. Progression of the course will be student led. Students will be consulted in their choice of music.
Who I teach:
Children (5 and up) and adults of all ages are welcome!
Lesson Details:
* Required your own piano or keyboard.
• Location: Lessons take place in my home.
• Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 AM to 3 PM.
• Fees: $30 for a half-hour lesson; $45 for a full-hour lesson. (Books not included)
• Families will receive a 10% discount for first additional member and 5% for each additional member after that.
• Seniors, military and college students will receive a 10% discount.
• One Saturday a month will be designated as a make-up day for lessons missed.
Special Offerings:
While I do not schedule a formal recital, students who wish to showcase their progress can participate in a gathering of their family and friends during the holidays and again in the spring. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your music in a warm and supportive environment. There is no additional cost, should you decide to have this gathering I will gladly host. Dates will be provided for you to choose from.
Lessons are held on Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 10:00-5:00 and Wednesdays 2:00-5:00. Don’t miss out—reserve your spot today!
For those who sign up: A schedule and a contract will be emailed to you prior to the start of lessons (please print out). The contract will detail absences and make-up days. Bring a signed copy with you on day one.

*Please note: Lessons will not be held on days that are holidays. If I have a scheduling conflict (other than sickness), I will give you a notice of at least 6 weeks. And I will have dates that available to you for making up your class.
For absences or no-shows or sicknesses, I will ask that you refer to your contract.

** I look forward to hearing from new students or parents of new students.
** To parents of children under 12 years of age, please do not leave your child. I expect you to stay for the lesson. If you need to bring younger children with you, I expect you to entertain them.
