Bosch Greenstar Combi Gas Boiler KWB 35-3. (7 yrs old) A repair with 2 new parts was done 3/26 on this boiler. These were a new heat exchanger-(cost of part- $1500.00) and a new internal pump unit-(cost of part- $350.00). These 2 parts operated for less than a month, so they are essentially still new. A second service call identified a leaking supply manifold, which is a small plastic part. -($40.00 - approx. price online) and the modulating exhaust fan - ($750.00 - approx. price online) that was giving off codes indicating that it may need to be replaced. This boiler was replaced rather than continuing with more repairs- which was done 4/17/26. Included in price are the 4 zone control unit and the condensate pump unit which were both working before uninstalling. Options are continue repairs for a functioning boiler or salvage for parts. Price - $1299.00
