Do NOT rent to this man. Not only will he lie about having a job and willing to pay rent. He will also steal your belongings. Will tell you he broke it and pay for it but come to find out he sold it and sneek out before paying you. He claims to be a recovering alcoholic but still drinks. Will have friends over to party and fight at all hours of the night knowing the other roommates work full time day jobs. He will be drunk at 8 in the morning and attack any roommate in the house.
His drinking buddy that has a truck and helps him move the stolen stuff license plate is EXC 3749
