TITLE: Experienced Renovation Laborer — $25-35/hr based on experience — steady work
We do full property renovations — flooring, interior paint, bathroom and kitchen remodels. Looking for an experienced hand to work with our renovation crew. This is not an entry-level helper spot.
What we do: demo, floor prep and install (LVP, tile, laminate), drywall and patching, interior paint, trim and doors, vanities and tubs, cabinets and countertops, full bath and kitchen remodels.
You need: 2+ years on renovation work, your own hand tools, reliable transportation, and you show up on time every day. If you're strong in one trade and solid in the rest, we want to talk.
Pay is $25-35/hr depending on what you can actually do — we'll figure that out fast on the job, not from a resume.
Steady work year-round, not seasonal. W2, not 1099. Materials supplied. Room to move up as we add crews.
Camden/Mercer area and up to an hour either direction.
