Property maintenance company hiring one experienced maintenance tech. You'll run 2-5 service calls a day on your own.
Work: drywall and patching, interior paint, toilets, faucets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets and switches, doors and hardware, caulk and grout, plus general household odd jobs — TV mounts, shelving, blinds, appliance hookups, dryer vents, gutters.
You need: your own truck or van, valid NJ license, your own hand tools, 3+ years doing this work unsupervised, and you're good with customers in their home.
You get: steady work year-round, all materials supplied, paid travel between jobs plus mileage, tool allowance, paid holidays and PTO. W2 — not 1099, not cash.
Based around Camden/Mercer County, willing to drive up to an hour either direction.
