Looking for an all-around Helper, once a week

I’ve been surprised by how many people impatiently think that I’m doing nothing in my life, but answering the responses to this ad. I assure you that I will look at every response and anyone who sends me something that is of interest will hear back from me, it is not necessary for you to hound me or insult me if I have not gotten back to you quickly enough for your taste. That will, of course, immediately disqualify you from any consideration.
Looking for someone versatile who can help with all sorts of things once a week. It might be anything from cleaning, to filing, to helping me clean out closets, changing linens, running errands, helping out in general, etc.,etc.
I’m an older woman who was disabled by a car accident so I just need a lot of help doing stuff
I also have two Amazon parrots who live free and are extremely well-behaved and really quite adorable so you need to not be afraid of birds
