We are looking for a dependable and experienced team leader to supervise a commercial yard cleaning project in the Davenport, IA area. Applicants from Bettendorf and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
The position involves coordinating a small cleaning crew, assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

- MUST HAVE AND BRING YOUR OWN SAFETY VEST
- Must have work boots or sturdy shoes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate a commercial yard cleaning crew
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
- Ensure parking areas, trailer yards, fence lines, and surrounding areas are properly cleaned
- Communicate with workers and provide clear instructions
- Monitor quality and ensure all assigned areas are completed
- Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary
- Provide progress updates and report any issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience in commercial cleaning, landscaping, construction, or general labor preferred
- Must be able to manage workers and keep the team organized
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
