Brand new with new batteries just installed. Got for my daughter and by the time the order came in and we got batteries installed, she had outgrown it. Would be good for a child 6-12 years old. Fully adjustable with seat tilt package. 4 speed settings plus reverse, headlights, very cushioned. Kept indoors and have a cover for storage. Includes charger. This is a $21,000 chair.
