Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Easton, PA. This role involves performing daily lawn care maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and seasonal cleanups for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities also include safely operating equipment, maintaining tools, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet company standards. Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in General Landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and property upkeep.
• Experience or interest in Gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, and caring for plants and shrubs.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and commitment to safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to Easton, PA worksite and flexibility for seasonal workload demands.
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
