We’re a Connecticut-based contractor specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings and general construction. We work throughout Connecticut and occasionally travel throughout the Northeast.
We’re looking for someone motivated, dependable, physically capable, and interested in becoming a better carpenter and tradesman. Basic carpentry/construction experience is preferred, but you do not need to know everything.
You’ll be working alongside veteran tradesmen with decades of experience and will have an opportunity to learn from guys who know the business. We want someone who takes pride in improving themselves both on and off the job and wants to grow into more responsibility as our company expands.
What we’re looking for:
* Basic carpentry/construction skills
* Clean driver’s license
* Reliable personal transportation
* Shows up on time and ready to work
* Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
* Willing to travel when projects require it
* Interested in learning and personal development
* Takes pride in doing things the right way
* Wants an opportunity to grow with a company, not just another temporary job
Full-time position. Pay based on experience.
Metal-building experience is a plus, but carpentry ability, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter more.
