Well-made, sturdy sofa that folds out easily into a sleeper. The frame and mechanism are in good shape, and the mattress is still in good condition.
The upholstery is quite worn, so this is best for someone who doesn't mind the appearance or wants to put a slipcover on it. The underlying sofa is solid and very usable.
