Award wining Dodgingtown Market seeking a passionate, experienced Pizzaiolo to join our team.
We are looking for 2 true dough makers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire dough process: Mixing, kneading, and balling.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience.
Proven expertise in hand-stretched pizza dough from scratch.
Reliable, clean, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available weekends and evenings.
Compensation:
Salary depends on experience. Come in and do a demonstration of making the dough, pizza, start to finish. Able to make 6 pizza at a time. Must speak English
