Stallion Ridge Exteriors is a Roofing and Siding company in Bethel, CT, and we provide services to the entire state. We are looking for experienced, motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our residential and commercial roofing and siding team as Canvassers / Outside Sales Trainees.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the home improvement and sales industry and have a clear path to move into higher-level sales positions within an established company. As a Canvasser, you will represent Stallion Ridge Exteriors in local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their roofing, siding, and exterior home improvement needs.
Role:
Your role is to start conversations, identify homeowners who may need our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. The more effort, consistency, and drive you bring to the position, the more earning potential and advancement opportunity you will have.
Applicant must be a good communicator, reliable, and good with time management. Person will not need to climb roofs. Must have reliable transportation. There will be opportunities for advancement within our company for anyone who performs well.
Responsibilities:
Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners. Introduce Stallion Ridge Exteriors and our services. Identify homeowners who may need roof or siding replacement. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Professionally represent the Stallion Ridge Exteriors brand. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Follow assigned neighborhoods, routes, and team schedules. Attend training and team meetings. Learn basic roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling terminology. Track appointments and customer information using company systems. Work closely with management. Follow up on assigned leads when required. Maintain consistent activity and performance goals.
