Mostly Rogue. High quality garage gym bought in 2020. The rack was called "Lite RML 3" then. One photo shows it with BP and squat bars. BP bar is #25 "Rogue axle powder coated"--it's thicker, which works grip and forearms. The squat bar is 35# seven foot barbell from Rogue. Two 35# dumbbells are on the floor next to a top end Sunny bench with padded lower leg rollers and angle adjustments for torso. There is a Rogue pullup bar, which is the two horizontal bars, head height at the back (bottom one is mostly behind the barbell and the top one could be a shadow but it's not lol). Never used them. (Missed my guess on the headroom. FYI That's part of the garage door track upper left and part of a sculling shell lower right.) Roll the bench out and line it up for cable crunches, next photo. Rogue's "light slinger plus plate load attachment" means (a) the pulleys up into a rectangle in the sheetrock (sorry, thought I had it in the photo) and (b) the small platform hidden under the red plates. I got the multi-grip bar somewhere else, I think. You can do shoulder pulldowns with this, too, but I never did. The third picture shows a 20# medicine ball and an "Xmark trap/ shrug barbell" but I call it a hi-falutin' hex bar for dead lifts. Angle on the bar means no sweat moving plates. Three-way grip thingy lets you have a fat grip or not. (Be careful when we shake hands.) You have to get used to the four-point landing. (Put more padding under it.) There are six 45# HulkFit plates (hard rubber, indestructible) and two each of easy-carry iron plates at 35#, 25#, 10#, and 5#. OK that's it. I got Gemini to tell me what this stuff is supposed to be worth now, used the mid to low range of what they said, and it came out overall as a bit more than half what I paid. Love to talk and I can show you the calculations on price, and FaceTime or whatever, but let's arrange it by email first since I silence unknown callers.
