Another finished version of my Sun and Moon which I've completed today. This large beauty was carved from a locally harvested slab of exquisite wood and meticulously carved to bring out the sheer beauty of this wood. This piece measures 16 inches in diameter and 2 1/2 inches thick. Finished with a lite coating of Danish Oil to retain and pull forward the natural beauty of the wood. A little bit about me, I'm a Veteran and a seasoned (Decades old) woodworker. Please also know that I do ship (USPS) however the cost of shipping would be in addition to the cost of the carving.
