New Hampshire Red Roosters/Rooster - $25 (Bertram)

I have 4 New Hampshire Red roosters available, age 13-week-old (Hatched July 27th).
These boys come from a family of rather large chickens! And I'm selecting for size and quality in my dual-purpose birds.
Their father weighs around 10 lbs at two years old, and their older brother is already weighing 9–10 lbs at just six months! They're still young, but I'm excited about the size potential in this line.
These would be a great option for someone wanting to work toward breeding larger dual-purpose birds for both meat and egg production. New Hampshire Reds are a great homestead breed, and I'm looking to place them where these boys can be put to good use. They already show great instinct.
With my fock being primarily free range, it's very important for me to have a rooster who is ready to protect my hens at any cost. These gentle giants aren't cowardly and will stop at nothing to keep their girls safe. I have two patrolling my property (The father and son) and my ladies have never been safer.
Today, they were around a few hens and none of them were present with any sort of aggression or "Teenage Rooster" acts. They were gentlemanly and ate with the hens.
