New beam 26'3" long 20" tall 5" wide. Was intended for a header on a massive garage door. Construction never happened. I believe it's Douglas fir (no stamp that I've found) straight and ready for installation. Or sand it, stain it and use it for an interior exposed support beam. Either way it's priced at roughly half price. Delivery available, it's on a trailer now and don't wanna unload it only to have to load it again.
