This is a many hat position and needs a self managing person that does not need to be checked and can give updates when needed
Detail of position : Go to appointments for estimates document work needed with pictures and details of needed work ,
Produce estimates to send to clients , Log all photos to files for easy access when going over work orders with crew.
Ability to read basic remodel drawings and get prelimanary numbers , Go to jobsites after framework is complete and get final board counts, material list for setting and finishing materials.
Go to our projects and repair sites and do progress checks and quality checks
when checking on job sometime the crew may need some help this would need you to help out with either guiding them with knowledge and or with physically helping move project along either by help hanging a few sheets, help with style of texture and sometime with sanding and clean ups .
Gas card, vaction pay, sick leave pay, all major holiday off with pay , bonuses
