Equipment Operators
We are seeking experienced operators who can safely and efficiently operate construction equipment, including:
• Excavators
• Skid steers
• Loaders
• Backhoes
• Bulldozers
• Other heavy construction equipment
Responsibilities include:
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing daily equipment inspections
• Assisting with excavation, grading, site preparation, and material handling
• Following job-site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Performing basic equipment maintenance and reporting mechanical issues
Qualifications:
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Construction Laborers
We are also hiring motivated General Construction Laborers to assist our crews on active job sites.
Responsibilities include:
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting equipment operators and skilled tradespeople
• Site cleanup and preparation
• Digging, grading, and other general construction tasks
• Using hand and power tools
• Following all company and job-site safety requirements
Qualifications:
• Construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
