I am looking for a room to rent, or a studio. I have 2 jobs and a car. I am in my 40's. I would only be staying until I save enough for a security, and am approved for an apartment. I was staying with my mother and taking care of her into her later years. She just passed away and the complex will not switch the lease over to me. They said she has been renting for 25 years and need to go in and renovate, and have no other available units. Kind of in a jam. I do not drink or do drugs of any kind, I also do not smoke .
