Circa 1900-1920 English Rolltop Desk. Very good antique/vintage condition desk with smooth working tambour (rolltop). The oak desk displays a rich deep honey patina built up over a century of care. Upper desk interior includes eight cubicles for letters and storage, two 12" open slots for pads of paper, two 12" closed drawers and two curved holders for writing device storage. Lower desk includes one 21" center drawer, and each side leg includes two 5" drawers and one 11" drawer for file folder storage.

Desk has upper locking mechanism but lower desk lock mechanism is absent. I have put a piece of copper in to cover the lower opening.

This desk is very solid and heavy.
