Hey Bend! We are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill our home in North Bend. You will share a newly built townhouse with Parker and David. (21/22yo straight, male) This is a quiet home and we care about cleanliness. We love exploring the outdoors whenever we have time off of work. The shared spaces are fully furnished as we have freshly moved in a couple of weeks prior. Your bedroom is a clean slate ready to move into, with a hall bathroom shared with 1 other roommate. We are looking for anyone with a similar lifestyle as ourselves, working full-time and respecting household boundaries. We prefer roommates between the age of 18 and 30. This house has all-new appliances, cold AC, fast internet and ample street parking. There’s also plenty of gear storage in the garage. We would love to find someone down to tag along on our adventures in Central Oregon. Move-in day is anytime after showing you around the place. Our only rules are no pets and no smoking. Rent is $1,150/mo (All utilities included) with a $1,000 security deposit.
