Hi Bend! I'm Wayne, a professional chef with 25+ years of experience in restaurants, resorts, hotels and on a cruise ship. I've run kitchens as a chef-manager and Food & Beverage Director, and catered corporate events and large weddings. This past summer I cooked for wildland fire camps.

Now I'd like to cook in your kitchen.

WHAT I OFFER
- Nightly dinners for individuals, couples and families
- In-home events: date nights, anniversaries, and dinner parties
- Breakfast, lunch or dinner

WHAT I COOK
- Steakhouse classics: steaks, chops and sauces
- Seafood
- Italian
- French/American fusion
- Soups, salads and house-made sauces
- Breakfast

HOW IT WORKS
- We plan the menu together around your tastes and dietary needs.
- I shop, cook, serve and leave your kitchen clean.
- Desserts: I'm not a pastry chef, so when you'd like dessert I'll pick up something great from a local bakery and you reimburse the cost.

Rates: $40 Per Hour. Groceries billed at cost, with receipts.
