Music Flow of Bend OR is seeking a passionate and dynamic Piano Instructor to inspire students of all ages to discover the joy of music through engaging and personalized instruction. In this role, you will foster a positive learning environment, develop customized lesson plans, and cultivate students’ musical talents. Your expertise will help students build confidence, improve their technical skills, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the arts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our vibrant arts community.
Duties:
- Prepare and conduct Conduct engaging music lessons that motivate the student, incorporating music interests of the student
- Develop creative lesson plans that include elements of choreography, dance instruction, or theater when appropriate to enhance musical expression
- Collaborate with students / parents to track student development and address any behavioral or learning challenges
- Travel in lesson routes to teach students in-home on a ~weekly basis in the Bend OR area
Experience:
- Prior education / lessons experience required.
