The office space is ADA and located in NE Bend. Inside, you will find spaciousness, privacy, a small designated waiting area for your clients, bathroom, personally controlled AC/heating, and a small private enclosed office area with a desk, small bookshelf, and sink. The space lends itself well to individual one-on-one work, as well as group work, due to its spaciousness.
Reach out to schedule a tour and/or discuss scheduling and usage. Monthly cost is $400-600, depending on your specific needs. Saturday and Sunday are fully open, as well as weeknight evenings, and options for Monday/Thursday/Friday usage.

The current occupant is open to negotiating style, layout of the space, etc. to meet your specific office space needs.
The current occupant will continue to supply items such as tea, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Utilities (electric) are included in the cost. There is currently no shared internet; if that is a need, you will need to provide your own or discuss other options with current occupant. Please provide your own liability insurance. Occupants are expected to keep the space tidy, as found.
Please be aware the space is inhabited by a dog when in use by the current occupant.
